Simonton Court Hotel Key West

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at Simonton Court over New Year and we just couldn't have been more delighted. The grounds were so lush, cozy, and inviting. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast service by the pool every morning was absolutely delightful. And we were not expecting our own private deck right off of our room!! So nice. Not to mention, THE LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT. Steps from Duval and walkable to absolutely everything in Key West, yet so quiet and secluded. Such a perfect little oasis. We can't wait to come back!!

This place is wonderful! We stayed one night recently and could not be more pleased with the ambience and hospitality provided. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and hospitable. At check-in, Rachel gave us a tour of the property and explained the history of this hotel (it was originally a cigar factory). The grounds are beautiful, as was our room. Although our room was directly situated on busy Simonton Street, there was no noise disturbance inside. The room had a sitting area with a television (and cable service) and a separate bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The room was well-appointed and the bath had a generous supply of upgraded toiletries. There are four swimming pools, one with a black surface which helps keep the water almost bath temperature. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with natural Florida foliage and flowers. A most delicious breakfast was served in a quiet corner of the property. Choices included French toast, Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, assorted pastries and breads, as well as coffee and juices. My wife and I highly recommend Simonton Court - we will be back again!

We stayed at the Simonton Court and could never have expected the experience to go so well. The front desk was so accommodating and even took in considering I was traveling with my adult son. The cottages are absolutely adorable, clean and spacious! They have happy hour, a fantastic breakfast and bicycles to ride around the town. They have four pools all nestled in beautifully manicured gardens. Really gives the feel of Key West at its best! We had so much fun exploring the area and knowing we had an awesome place to return to after all our shenanigans! The entire staff was superb! Cannot emphasize that enough. If you stay here you will be impressed for sure, we were!

First time in Key West, this place is a gem. Very private. Great staff, extremely friendly and accommodating. We got a complimentary upgraded room which was unexpected and much appreciated. Guys at the front desk were super great, checked in everyday by text to make sure we were good, offered great suggestions on places to check out since we hadn't been to the area before. Room was very clean and pretty big for the area from what I saw at other places. Bathroom was huge. The location is right around Duval near Caroline, easily walkable to anywhere. I'm definitely going to look to stay here when we visit again.

Hidden Gem 💎 This is the perfect place to stay for any size group! We went for Christmas and it was perfect . We were 3 people and the cottage was a great fit for us. The space was super clean and the staff was off the charts friendly. Breakfast was a great little jumpstart to the day in the charming setting of the courtyard. The pools are the perfect temperature and very clean. 11/10 highly recommended

Key West best kept secret!! My fiancé and I were so lucky to spend an evening here. We were pleasantly surprised, to say the least. From the moment we checked in to checking out the following day, the staff was so kind, genuine and helpful. The grounds are filled with luscious greenery and tropical flowers. There are multiple of pools throughout to help cool yourself down from the sun. Every aspect of the grounds takes you away to a tropical oasis. Located conveniently down town within a short walking distance from Duval Street, I was surprised to notice there was zero noice disturbance. Our room was very quant. Our private balcony was the very top of the building, overlooking the streets below. ( Rm MA6). Every moment of our stay was truly magical. We are currently planning our next trip to the keys and will be staying in our favorite room, MA6.

Best place in the heart of Key West! The price is right and everywhere worth seeing and going is within walking distance but still feels like a secluded, garden oasis! If you book direct, they will price match, give you a complementary drink voucher and give you a complementary bike for a day. SO glad I came here! The personal touches like a welcome card in my room addressed to me, and the lit candles throughout the common areas as night make you feel so at home. It's clean, my room is so cute and the staff are genuine and friendly. You can tell they are happy and it's not forced. I'll 100% come back here again!
